SYMPTOMS

While you are playing Rogue Spear: Urban Operations by Red Storm Entertainment, you may receive the following error message:

urbanoperations.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to:

RESOLUTION

As of May 1, 2002, you can resolve this issue by reinstalling the program from the original media and then installing the latest patch (version 2.52). To obtain the patch, visit the following Red Storm Entertainment Web site:
