SYMPTOMS
After you install the preview edition of Morpheus version 1.3.3.1, you may receive the following error message:
NOTE: This issue is most likely to occur when you click a link in an e-mail message, or when you paste a URL in to the Address bar of Internet Explorer.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following:

CAUSE
This issue may occur if you have installed the Wurld Media version of the Bpboh.dll file that is included with the preview edition of Morpheus version 1.3.3.1. When you start Internet Explorer, the Wurld Media version of the Bpboh.dll file starts and attaches itself to Internet Explorer. After this occurs, the Bpboh.dll file tries to redirect you to Web sites other than the ones you select when you are trying to visit Web sites.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of the program you installed that includes the Wurld Media version of the Bpboh.dll file to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue. If you obtained the Wurld Media version of the Bpboh.dll file when you installed Morpheus, please visit the following Web site:

WORKAROUND

To try to work around this issue, use any of the following methods.
Method 1
Turn off all third-party browser helper objects to prevent the Bpboh.dll file and other similar browser helper objects from attaching to Internet Explorer. Method 2
Use the following steps to unregister the Bpboh.dll file and rename it.
NOTE: These steps assume that Bpboh.dll is located in your Windows folder at C:\Windows. Use Search to verify the location of Bpboh.dll and substitute the correct path instead of C:\Windows in these steps if the location differs.
- Close all Internet Explorer windows and other programs.
- Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\bpboh.dll, and then click OK.
You should receive the following message:
DLLUnregisterServer in bpboh.dll succeeded.Click OK.
- Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type cmd (on Microsoft Windows NT, Microsoft Windows 2000, or Microsoft Windows XP) or command (on Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition).
- At the command prompt, type ren C:\Windows\bpboh.dll *.old, and then press ENTER.
- Type exit to close the command prompt.NOTE: You may want to search for and manually remove any remaining references to the Bpboh.dll file from the registry.
