You may receive an error message when you use Sony SonicStage for VAIO version 1.0 in Windows XP

SYMPTOMS

When you use version 1.0 of the Sony SonicStage for VAIO program, you may receive the following error message:

omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

To see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following:

   omgjbox.exe  2.2.0.9130   tsm.ax       1.1.0.7130      00005f26

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Sony SonicStage for VAIO version 1.0 is not compatible with Windows XP.
