SYMPTOMS
Solver.xla is missing Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) functions in French versions of Excel 2002. Macros that use Solver.xla do not run after you upgrade to Excel 2002.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
