SYMPTOMS
If you are using a Windows 2000 Professional-based client computer and you try to save a document to a drive that is mapped to a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based server, you may receive the following error message:
If you click OK, a File Properties dialog box appears, which lists information about the author, the title, the keyword, and other items. If you click OK, the document is saved. If you click OK again to clear the error message, you receive the following message:
The document has been saved.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are using InoculanIT Advanced Antivirus Software V4.53 build 631.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest Windows 2000 InoculateIT driver update and service pack from the following Computer Associates Web site:

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, turn off the InoculateIT Server service.
