How to Rebuild Your Existing Packages
If you have already created a package for a Microsoft Windows 98-, Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition-, Microsoft Windows Millennium-, or Microsoft Windows NT-based computer, you must re-create the package by copying the updated files of Setup.exe and Setup1.exe to the package, and then rebuilding the package as indicated in the following example.
Rebuilding a Package Example
In Windows Explorer, open the Package folder on your computer, for example, C:\My Documents\Package.
- Copy the new Setup.exe to the Package folder (see the "How to Install the Patch" section).
- Copy the new Setup1.exe to the Package\Support folder (see the "How to Install the Patch" section).
- Double-click the <PackageName.bat> file in the Package\Support folder where <PackageName.bat> is the name of the package that you created. This will rebuild your package image.NOTE: If you have removed the support folder, you must rebuild your package by running the Packaging Wizard again.
