XCCC: Script Error Message on an Appointment Form When You Use a Dial-up Connection to Gain Access to OWA

SYMPTOMS

When you use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to log on to an Exchange 2000 server over a slow link, such as a dial-up connection, if you open an Appointment form and click the Availability tab, you may receive the following script error message:

Script error: Line 317 g_rowStatus.style is not an object. g_RowStatus has not been initialized because the window.onload event has not occurred.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if an OnClick event is run before the Appointment form is fully loaded.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
