SYMPTOMS
When you shut down or restart a Windows 2000-based cluster server, the following error message may be displayed:
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the cluster disk driver does not properly initialize the device parameters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
