SYMPTOMS
When you try to open an e-mail attachment in Outlook 2000, you may not be able to do so.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if one or more of the following files are damaged:
- Frmcache.dat
- Outcmd.dat
- Extend.dat
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, start Windows Explorer, rename the Frmcache.dat, Outcmd.dat, and Extend.dat files, and then restart Outlook 2000.
MORE INFORMATION
