SYMPTOMS
When you use the WEB/HOME hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard to start the default Web browser, your browser may not start as expected.
CAUSE
Some Web browsers cannot be set as the default browser. The WEB/HOME hot key checks the registry setting for the default browser. The following browsers cannot be set as the default browser and therefore cannot be opened by using the WEB/HOME hot key:
- Prodigy
- Oracle
- Opera
