SYMPTOMS
If you are using a Windows 2000-based server that is part of a multiple-cluster Windows Clustering configuration, and you move resources from one node to another, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the clustered servers try to log a SCSI command timeout error message and the SCSI Request Block (SRB) is not available when the information is being extracted.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
