SYMPTOMS
When you try to quit Microsoft Windows Media Player version 7 while you are viewing Visualizations and using the radio tuner, Windows Media Player may stop responding (hang), and may be listed in the Close Program list as "Not Responding".
RESOLUTION
The work around this issue, click Close on the File menu in Windows Media Player before you quit the program, or disable Visualizations if you are using the radio tuner when you want to quit the program. To disable visualizations, in Windows Media Player, point to Now Playing Tools on the View menu, and then click the Show Visualizations command to remove the check mark.
