SUMMARY

When you play a karaoke CD-ROM by using Windows Media Player 7 or 7.1, you may find it necessary to change the channel settings for the speaker to obtain the desired results. To change the channel settings in Windows Media Player, follow these steps:

  1. On the View menu, point to Now Playing Tools, and then click to select Show Equalizer and Settings.


The Equalizer and Settings section should now be visible in the player.

  1. Click the Next setting, or the Previous setting button to change the settings until you see the Graphic Equalizer.
  2. You can now adjust left and right channel settings by moving the Balance slider bar.
