SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start the Rugrats Adventure Game program on a computer running Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) with a Matrox Millennium II AGP display adapter installed, you may receive the following error message:

Rugrats has caused an error in RUGRATS.EXE. Rugrats will now close.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because the Matrox Millennium II AGP display adapter driver needs to be updated to work correctly with Windows Me.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Matrox Graphics Inc. to inquire about the availability of an updated driver for the Matrox Millennium II AGP display adapter.
