SYMPTOMS
When you print a Microsoft Works Word Processor document to a Hewlett Packard DeskJet 870Cse printer and the document contains Windows Metafile (.wmf) images, the images in the document may not be printed correctly.
The images may not be scaled properly, may not be printed in the correct color, or may not be cropped.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the printer driver for your printer is outdated.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, contact Hewlett-Packard to obtain the latest printer driver for the DeskJet 870Cse printer.
