SYMPTOMS
When you undo a synchronized copy of an organization chart, you may receive the following error message:
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Visio 2000 SR-1.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior
- From the Organization Chart template, drag an Executive shape to the drawing page.
- Drag a Manager shape onto the Executive shape.
- Right-click the Manager shape, and then point to Create Synchronized Copy.
- When you are prompted, click New Page in the Create Synchronized Copy dialog box, and then click OK.
- On the new page, drag a Position shape onto the Manager shape.
- On the Edit menu, point to Undo.
- Repeat step 6.
- On page-1, click the Manager shape, and then repeat step 3.
Note that you receive the error message mentioned in the "Symptoms" section of this article.
