SYMPTOMS
If your default printer is an HP 8000, a blank page is printed every time that you save a drawing.

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior
- Install an HP 8000 printer, and then set it as your default printer.
- On the File menu in Visio 2000, click Save or Save As.
Note that the printer prints a blank page.
