SYMPTOMS
When connecting to the Windows Update site (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) you experience errors accessing the Product Catalog or you have download and installation failures for the items listed in the Product Catalog.
RESOLUTION
The following utilities may need to be disabled or completely uninstalled before connecting to the Windows Update site. This list will be updated as more information becomes available.
