SYMPTOMS
When you print Avery 4161 labels from the Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor, only one label is printed on the first page of labels, the second page of labels is blank, and only one label is printed on the third page of labels.
This output sequence continues until all of the labels are printed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- You are running Works 2000 on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.
- You print the labels to either an Epson dot matrix printer or to any dot matrix printer in which the printer driver does not support custom page settings.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact your printer manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest printer driver for your printer.
