SYMPTOMS

When you play content with Windows Media Player, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:

Invalid page fault in module: kernel32.dll at 015f:bff766f6.

This problem can occur if you have incorrect modem drivers installed for your modem.

Contact your modem vendor to make sure that you have the correct drivers installed.
