SUMMARY
This article summarizes Links LS MS-DOS (1997 Edition) support for network protocols.
MORE INFORMATION
You can play Links LS with other players over any MS-DOS, Microsoft Windows 95, or Microsoft Windows 98-compatible network protocol, provided each player in the game can connect to a common network drive and folder.
Links LS does not support any network protocol directly, unless you download and install the Links LS MS-DOS 1.30 Update. If you install this update, you do not need to connect to a common network drive and folder to play a multiplayer game.
