SYMPTOMS

You implement the PropertyChange event in your solution, but the event does not fire when someone changes the Message or Notes field.

CAUSE

This is a limitation of Outlook forms and the Outlook object model.

MORE INFORMATION

The event will not fire if the field is changed using either the Outlook user interface or the Outlook object model. Also, if you are using a mail message, the event will not fire for any type of mail format (Rich Text, HTML, or Plain Text).
