SYMPTOMS
When you view a file that was saved using Chinese Double-Byte Character Set (DBCS) characters after you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5, the file may be unreadable.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you have the NJStar Communicator version 2.0 Chinese decoder program installed. The updated Comctl32.dll file that is installed with Internet Explorer 5 is incompatible with NJStar Communicator.
