LaserJet, Running Head Printing on the Next Page

Problem:
When I try to print a bottom running head with my HP LaserJet, it doesn’t print until the top of the second page.
Response:
Change the page length from 11 inches to 10.5 inches. This compensates for the 1/4-inch unprintable region at the top and bottom of the page.
