SYMPTOMS
When you add demand-dial interfaces in the Microsoft Routing and RAS Administrator tool, a c0000005 access violation error message may be displayed in the Mprapi.dll module.
CAUSE
This problem occurs after you create demand-dial interfaces where the option to create a local user was selected. This problem may appear after an undetermined number of connections.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 5.
