“Must Be RW13 x First” Error

Problem: If you install the CP/M-80 COBOL Compiler on an Apple II with a Microsoft Softcard (Version 2.28), the documentation leads you to believe that you must first use the RW13 program to make Disk B: 13 sectors. Running this program generates the following error message: Must be rw13 x first
Response: The instructions pertaining to RW13 apply to an earlier version of the Microsoft Softcard and should be ignored.
