SYMPTOMS
When you try to connect your Microsoft Windows CE device to your Microsoft Windows 95/98 or Microsoft Windows NT-based computer, Internet Explorer may start, and you may be prompted to connect to your Internet service provider (ISP).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, upgrade to Internet Explorer version 5 or later.
To work around this problem, click Cancel when you are prompted to connect to your ISP. Note that you may need to click Cancel more than once.
