Sales Tracking Application
If you copy the folder containing the Sales Tracking application into a Microsoft Exchange Public Folder, some of the forms may not work correctly. You can create a new account using the application, but if you then create a new contact for the account, you will not be able to re-open the contact form. This issue occurs with Microsoft Outlook 97 and Outlook. There is no known workaround to this problem.
Help Desk Application
When used with Microsoft Outlook 97, the Help Desk application exhibits the issue described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
183035 OL97: Outlook Stays in Memory After Using Attachments via Code
This issue was corrected in Microsoft Outlook 98 and is not directly related to the Help Desk application itself.
Bug Tracking Application
This application was available in the past, but has been removed from the Microsoft Web site because it does not function correctly with Outlook 98.
Corporate Event Calendar (CorpCal.exe)
This is a Views-based Calendar and is not designed to be opened. It is designed to be used from the View pane of the Calendar.
The Corporate Calendar sample provides a bulletin board to view and post events that happen within an organization. Users can post and read events in the Corporate Calendar by using the view pane. You can edit the views for fast entry of events. There are five views from which users can post and read about events.
