SYMPTOMS
When running Windows NT Workstation, version 4.0, with Peer Web Services, and you click the Internet tab on the Properties dialog of a system folder, Outlook 97 may close without notification or you may get the following error message:
RESOLUTION
This problem does not occur if you are logged on as Administrator.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 97. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
- Install Windows NT Workstation, 4.0, Service Pack 2.
- Install Peer Web Services (see REFERENCES section below).
- Log on to Windows NT 4.0 with User rights.
- Start Outlook and on the Outlook Bar click Other.
- Right-click on either the Personal or Favorites folder or double-click My Computer and right-click on a system folder.
- On the context menu, click Properties.
- Click the Internet tab.
Results: You may receive the error message described in the SYMPTOMS section above or Outlook may close without notification.
