This information is intended for use by banks and solution providers who are evaluating or implementing a home banking server solution using Open Financial Connectivity (OFC) and Microsoft Money.

The CLTID field contains an identification value normally provided by the client software. In the case of unsolicited responses there will be no CTLID available to the server. When this occurs, the server should return a STATUS element value of “4” and the CLTID should be set to “0”.
