SYMPTOMS
If an HTML template file name contains a space, the number sign (#), or a semicolon (;), Merchant Server's page generator returns an error message stating that the file is not found.
WORKAROUND
Make sure that HTML template file names do not contain spaces, semicolons, or number signs.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Merchant Server version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
