SYMPTOMS
When attempting to send Online Bill Payments in Money version 5.0, you may receive the following error message:
Money has detected that you are calling your bank with a different Money file than was used on a previous call. The server has rejected your transactions to protect the privacy of your financial data. Please contact your bank to fix this problem. Status 103
CAUSE
This occurs when attempting to connect to CheckFree. The session key transmission number at CheckFree is out of synch with the transmission number created by your Money data file.
RESOLUTION
For support on this issue, you must contact your financial institution or Home Banking service provider. You can find the phone number on the Contact Information tab in the Home Banking area or call CheckFree at (800) 297- 3180, to reset the session key.
