When you are using the rating system in Internet Explorer and you try to open a Web page that has been rated with the RSACi - PICS rating system, you are prompted to enter the supervisor password to view the page.

When you are using the rating system in Internet Explorer and you try to open a Web page that has been rated with the RSACi - PICS rating system, you may receive a warning from Content Advisor stating that the rating label does not belong to the page. For example, you may receive the following error message:
You are then prompted to enter the supervisor password to view the page.
CAUSE
This is a known issue with Internet Explorer when you are using the RSACi - PICS rating system and you try to access a page containing a tilde character (~) in its name
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
- Move the files to directory with a name that does not start with a tilde character.
- If you can make changes to the page, remove the
section from the ratings meta tag. This portion of the tag is not necessary for the rating system to operate.

By using Content Advisor in Internet Explorer you can control the types of content that your computer can access on the Internet. After you turn on Content Advisor, only rated content that meets or exceeds your criteria can be displayed.
NOTE: Content Advisor settings apply to all users on the local computer and cannot be changed by users who are not administrators on the local computer (Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 only). You cannot create different Content Advisor settings for different users on the same computer.
