SYMPTOMS
When you print continuous-feed, dot-matrix checks in Money for Windows 95, the printer may advance (line feed) before printing the checks. The printer also form-feeds after the checks are printed.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Money version 4.0 for Windows 95. This has been corrected in Money version 4.0a for Windows 95.
To obtain Money version 4.0a for Windows 95, call Microsoft Product Support Services Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Pacific Time at (425) 635-7131.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem in Money 4.0 and keep Money from advancing the printer (line feed) before the checks are printed, exit, and then restart Money before you print a batch of checks. If you need to reprint or print a new batch, you will again need to exit and restart Money. Money advances the printer (line feeds) before printing any subsequent batch of checks after it has printed the first batch.
