AUTOMAP PRO: Cannot Stay at Vias for More Than 3 Days

SYMPTOMS
When you use the Via command on the Edit Journey menu in Automap Pro, and select 4 or more nights, the Number of Nights setting reverts back to 3.
The change occurs without explanation.
CAUSE
The Number of Nights option allows 3 nights only.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Automap Pro versions 1.03, 1.06, 1.08, and 1.09. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
In the Via selection window, select 3 as the Number of Nights. If more nights are required, create a separate journey to accommodate the additional nights.
