MS-DOS 8.00 was never released as a seperate entity like its previous versions. It was only found on Windows ME, which was released in 2000. A bootdisk image can be found in diskcopy.dll which is included with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. It is a modified version of the Windows ME bootdisk.
It is the last version of MS-DOS ever created.
