Summary:
When using fractions of weeks as the duration of an activity, Microsoft Project version 4.00 may miscalculate the end time of the activity by one minute.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
- Open a new Project file using the default work calendar.
- Set up an activity to start at 8:00 AM with a duration of 9 days.
- Set up an activity to start at 8:00 AM with a duration of 1.8 weeks (note: 1.8 working weeks = 9 working days).
The activity with duration in days ends correctly at 5:00 PM; however, the activity using weeks ends at 4:59 PM.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Project version 4.00.
