SYMPTOMS In the DOS 3.x box, interrupt 0x21, function 0x57, AL == 1 (set file date/time) returns the carry flag set, with AX == 1 indicating an invalid function error (AL wrong), when actually the function was successful.
RESOLUTION Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in OS/2 version 1.21. This problem was corrected in OS/2 version 1.3.
