SYMPTOMS
When you try to run the MOA7024Express.exe file to install Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2007, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
This problem occurs after you download the MOA7024Express.exe file from the Internet.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if one of the following conditions is true:
- The download of the MOA7024Express.exe file is not finished.
- The MOA7024Express.exe file is corrupted.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Locate and then delete the MOA7024Express.exe file.
- Delete the contents of the Temporary Internet files folder. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet files.
- In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK two times.
- Download the MOA7024Express.exe file. To do this, follow these steps:

- In the Save As dialog box, specify a location, and then click Save.
- When the download is finished, run the MOA7024Express.exe file to install Accounting Express 2007.
