When you try to complete a credit card transaction, you receive the following error message:
This error occurs if the billing address that you use in the Zune Marketplace and the billing address for the credit card differ.
THINGS TO TRY
- To make a purchase in the Zune Marketplace by using a credit card, use a credit card for which you use the same address that you want to use in the Zune Marketplace.
To update the billing and account information, follow these steps:
- Start the Zune software.
- Click Sign In, type your Windows Live ID and password, and then click Sign In.
- Click the Sign in icon, and then click Account Management.
- On the Account Summary page, follow the instructions to change your billing or account information.
