RAPID PUBLISHING ARTICLES PROVIDE INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO EMERGING OR UNIQUE TOPICS, AND MAY BE UPDATED AS NEW INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE.
When a meeting request is accepted by an external recipient and that recipient has an entry in the GAL the originator will see the recipients name on the Scheduling Tab of the meeting request.
This is caused by the entry in the GAL and Resolve Anonymous not being used on the inbound SMTP Virtual Server.
To resolve this issue enable Resolve Anonymous on the properties of the Default SMTP Virtual Server under Access Tab/Authentication. This should be done on the server that is accepting mail from the Internet.
