SUMMARY

In the Microsoft Works Word Processor module, when you perform a print merge with Multiple Labels chosen from the Edit menu, only left tabs can be used to manipulate the data. If center, right, or decimal tabs are used, the merged data is truncated. The merged data is also truncated if a paragraph has justification formatting other than left justification.

For more information, query on the following words:

print and merge and truncate

NOTE: Text does not truncate in Works version 4.0. This print merge feature was included in Works version 4.0.
