Summary:

The ability to print to a file from any Presentation Manager (PM) application is controlled by the individual printer drivers. For example, to print to a file from Excel using the PostScript driver, perform the following steps:

1. Choose File Printer Setup and choose Setup.
2. Choose Options.
3. Type in the name of the file to which you want to print.

Remember, the steps for printing to a file may be different for other printer drivers.
