Keep Program/File in Memory Now Options Don’t Stay

SUMMARY
When you choose Preferences from the Edit menu and select the Now option for either Keep File in Memory or Keep Program in Memory and click OK, the file and/or program is loaded into memory for the current Word session. If you choose Preferences from the Edit menu again, those items will not appear checked, even though the file and/or program is currently being kept in memory as per earlier instruction.
To turn off these two options, you must quit Word and restart the program.
