SUMMARY
Selecting “Standard” under the Add command on the Library Spell Proof menu will add a word to the update of the main dictionary. In Word versions 3.x, this update dictionary is UPDICT.CMP. In Word versions 4.00 and 5.00, this update dictionary is UPDAT-AM.CMP.
In Word version 5.50, this update dictionary is also called UPDAT-AM.CMP.
