When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Netscape Navigator 4.6, the following behavior occurs: When you type multiple names in the To, CC, or BCC fields, and then resolve them by clicking the Check Names icon, the space ( ) and semicolon (;) characters separating the names are underlined.

This behavior may cause confusion about whether the names are correctly resolved and whether you have entered the correct number of addressees.

You can safely ignore the underlined space ( ) and semicolon (;) characters.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

If the names appear in black underlined text after you click the Check Names icon, they are correctly resolved.

Any names not successfully resolved appear in red text, and you receive the following error message:

A recipient was not recognized.
