SYMPTOMS
When you print a single copy of a multi-page publication from Microsoft Publisher 2000, the publication may take a long time to print or RIP.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the printer is set to collate the publication by default.
This behavior has been reported on Xerox Regal with Fiery XJ RIP systems.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, click to clear the Collate check box before you print the publication.
