1. Q. How do I change my e-mail server in Internet Mail?

   A. To change your e-mail server in Internet Mail, use the following
      steps:

      1. In Internet Mail, click Options on the Mail menu, and then click
         the Servers tab.

      2. In the Name box, type your name.

      3. In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address as supplied
         by your Internet service provider (ISP).

      4. In the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) and Incoming Mail (POP3) boxes, type
         the names of your e-mail servers as supplied by your ISP, and
         then click OK.

2. Q. How do I read my e-mail messages in Internet Mail?

   A. In the list of messages, double-click the message that you want to
      read.

3. Q. How do I view a message in the preview pane?

   A. To view a message in the preview pane, use the following steps:

      1. On the View menu, click Preview Pane, and then click Split
         Vertically or Split Horizontally.

      messages?

   A. To configure Internet Mail to automatically check for new messages,
      use the following steps:

      1. On the Mail menu, click Options.

      2. On the Read tab, click the "Check for new mail every <n>
         minute(s)" check box to select it.

      3. In the "Check for new mail every <n> minute(s)" box, click the
         value you want for <n>. This value determines how often (in
         minutes) Internet Mail checks for new e-mail.

      NOTE: Every time you start Internet Mail, it checks for new messages
      when you have enabled the "Check for new mail every <n> minute(s)"
      option.

5. Q. How do I create and send new messages in Internet Mail?

   A. To create and send a new message, follow these steps:

      1. On the Mail menu, click New Message.

      2. In the To box, type the e-mail address of each recipient,
         separating each address with a semicolon (;).

      3. To send a carbon copy, type the e-mail name of each recipient in
         the Cc box, separating each address with a semicolon (;).

      4. In the Subject box, type the subject of the message, and then
         press the TAB key.

      5. Type your message.

      6. On the File menu, click Send Message.

6. Q. How do I undelete a message in Internet Mail?

   A. To undelete a message, click the Deleted Items folder in the folders
      list, right-click the message you want to undelete, click Move To,
      click the folder to which you want to move the message, and then
      click OK.
