In the Debt Reduction Planner, the Bills found under Take Action may display no value or a value of zero ($0.00) in the amount field.

This can occur when you remove a bill from the Debt Reduction Planner (DRP).

This is resolved by viewing a different screen or by editing a bill.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

Viewing a Different Screen

  1. Click Planner on the navigation bar.
  2. Click Goal Planner, and then click Take Action.

Editing a Bill

  1. Click to select a bill that has zero as the amount.

  2. If you receive the following message click Yes.

Money sees that you’ve already set up a payment for this bill in the Bill Calendar. Do you want to replace the existing bill with one that the Debt Planner will manage? Click Yes to replace the existing bill. Click No to the existing bill, and have the Debt Planner add new bill to the Bill Calendar. Click Cancel to go back to the Debt Planner without changing any bills.

  3. Click Edit Bill.

  4. Add any necessary information and click OK.
