When you try to access Help either from the Help menu or from clicking a blue (i) information button, you may receive the following error message:
Under certain circumstances, if you change CDs while using Microsoft Picture It!, the program cannot locate the Help files on the hard disk drive.
To work around this problem, follow these steps to make Help available:
- On the Get It! menu, click My Picture.
- Click Cancel.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Picture It! version 1.0 for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
